 &lsquo;&rsquo;Aviation Marketing Manager&rsquo;&rsquo;

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; preferably Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or Aviation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the aviation or tourism industry,
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of German or Russian is an asset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of MS Office; preferably experience with SAP Business Objects BI Tool and aviation analytics software (e.g., MIDT),
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong competencies in civil aviation, marketing strategy, project management, analytical thinking, creativity,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Already or able to be based in Antalya,
 </li>
 <li>
 No military obligations for male candidates.

 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct strategic traffic analyses and develop forecasting models to support airport operations, financial planning, and medium-to-long-term growth strategies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor regional and global tourism trends, competitor data, and booking patterns; integrate insights into traffic projections and decision-making,
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement strategic aviation marketing plans to increase revenues, including route development and airline incentive programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong collaborations with airlines, airports, tour operators, and tourism stakeholders to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable strategies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze passenger traffic, transfer passenger data, and market insights to optimize route planning and marketing initiatives,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and coordinate destination marketing campaigns to position Antalya as a year-round destination (culture, heritage, nature, wellness, gastronomy, events),
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage advertising, PR, digital marketing, and promotional activities in line with the corporate identity and strategy,
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Antalya Airport and the region at national and international fairs, aviation conferences, and promotional events,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct competitor and market analyses; prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders,
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish KPIs and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of aviation and destination marketing activities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts in compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategically prepare and manage the aviation marketing budget, monitor performance, and ensure efficient use of resources,
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and coordinate aviation marketing communication activities (written, visual, and digital) aligned with corporate standards,
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to integrated management systems, information security, occupational health &amp; safety, and sustainability initiatives in line with company principles,
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a company representative in all professional relationships, ensuring the best possible image of Antalya Airport.
 </li>
