Chef de PartieLocation: Mind Body Soul by Frappy &ndash; Dubai, UAE Reports To: Sous Chef / Head ChefAbout the Role:We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled and organized Chef de Partie to join our team at Mind Body Soul by Frappy, managing both meal plan production and restaurant kitchen operations. You&rsquo;ll prepare healthy, macro-calculated dishes while ensuring excellent taste, consistency, and presentation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and cook meals for both restaurant service and meal plan production.</li><li>Follow macro-calculated recipes and dietary guidelines (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, etc.).</li><li>Ensure accurate portioning, labeling, and packaging for meal plans.</li><li>Coordinate with the dietitian and packaging teams to meet daily delivery targets.</li><li>Supervise and train commis chefs within your section.</li><li>Monitor ingredient stock, report shortages, and reduce food waste.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role (healthy food, catering, or meal plan experience preferred).</li><li>Culinary diploma or equivalent training.</li><li>Strong knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and dietary requirements.</li><li>Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to handle high-volume production while maintaining quality.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and growth opportunities.</li><li>Supportive, health-focused work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to be part of a leading meal plan and restaurant brand in Dubai.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
