<div>Essential Job Duties<ul><li>
Practice safe food handling procedures at all times</li><li>
Makes Juice drinks following instructions &amp; recipes provided</li><li>
Operates a cash register following established policies and procedures</li><li>
Listens to customer complaints, examines returned merchandise, and, under the direction of a supervisor resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations.</li><li>
Provide outstanding customer service; ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion</li><li>
Ensure freshness standards are adhered to on all whole bean, packaged, and brewed coffee</li><li>
Prepare coffee and juice drinks to order</li><li>
Adhere to all cleaning and maintenance care specifications of all equipment</li><li>
Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation or product</li><li>
Maintain accurate department signage and pricing</li><li>
Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product</li><li>
Maintain a clean and well-organized work area</li><li>
Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Some experience is preferred</li><li>
Strong communication skills</li><li>
Possess the ability to handle high stress and volume of customers while maintaining a positive shopping experience for the customer</li></ul>
Physical Demands<ul><li>
In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours</li><li>
Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling</li><li>
Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching</li><li>
Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch</li><li>
Frequently lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs</li></ul> 
 Work Hours: Availability requirements include; but are not limited to; days, evenings, weekends, &amp; holidays.
Work Location: One location
Pay frequency: Every week
