FP Movement is looking for a creative, art-driven Senior Graphic Designer with strong fashion and activewear sensibilities, exceptional visual storytelling skills, and experience guiding creative work across print and digital. This role is ideal for an independent visual thinker who can develop seasonal concepts through mood, color, typography, composition, and storytelling, translating them into elevated brand expressions for FP Movement. This designer will pitch creative concepts, create impactful photo- and artwork-driven designs, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the FP Movement visual identity. This is an art-driven print and digital designer supporting seasonal concept, brand storytelling, and elevated creative execution across the FP Movement brand.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role will be based in Philadelphia, PA and going into the office on a hyrbid schedule of 3 days a week.</div>
Role Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Develop and present seasonal creative concepts through trend research, inspiration gathering, mood boards, and artistic exploration.</li><li>
Design elevated creative across a range of print and digital touchpoints, including campaigns, retail, marketing collateral, email, web, app, and seasonal brand experiences.</li><li>
Create original artwork, graphics, typography, textures, collages, and layered compositions that bring depth and storytelling to the brand.</li><li>
Evolve seasonal typography, graphic systems, and visual motifs while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.</li><li>
Design print assets including retail signage, packaging, event collateral, lookbooks, catalogs, and seasonal marketing materials.</li><li>
Help push the digital experience forward through innovative layouts, creative systems, and visual storytelling.</li><li>
Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to every project, confidently presenting concepts and design rationale to Art Directors and cross-functional partners.</li><li>
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, providing thoughtful feedback and helping elevate the quality of the team&rsquo;s work.</li><li>
Collaborate with Marketing, Stores, Merchandising, Photo, UX, and other cross-functional partners to bring concept to execution.</li><li>
Foster a collaborative creative culture while helping shape and evolve the FP Movement visual identity.</li></ul>
Role Qualifications:
<ul><li>5+ years of professional graphic design experience within fashion, activewear, lifestyle, or another art-driven brand.</li><li>
Passion for design, art, fashion, and culture, with a strong creative point of view and curiosity for emerging trends.</li><li>
Exceptional understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and layout.</li><li>
Experience leading creative projects and mentoring designers in a collaborative environment.</li><li>
Portfolio demonstrating strong concept development, typography, and photography- and artwork-driven design across print and digital.</li><li>
Strong understanding of seasonal concept development and visual storytelling.</li><li>
Experience designing across both print and digital, including responsive web and mobile best practices.</li><li>
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects, Figma, motion design, or AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.</li><li>
Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple creative initiatives.</li></ul><div>

A Stylist contributes to driving sales through providing product knowledge and genuine service to customers.</div>
Role Responsibilities:
<div><div>Brand Experience</div><ul><li>
Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; drives the store experience on the sales floor through an energized pace</li><li>
Initiates conversation and interacts with the customer in every zone in a personalized, genuine way; connects with the customer on shared passions of wellness, fitness, and an active lifestyle</li><li>
Actively shares details to promote FP Movement events, as well as drive engagement and participation; supports the execution of events in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners</li><li>
Utilizes technology to be well-informed on events and special offers in store and online to enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective</li></ul><div>
Teamwork + Communication</div><ul><li>
Contributes to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful and helpful to others</li><li>
Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses</li><li>
Takes initiative to gain expertise on product and shares knowledge regarding fit, fabrication, and styling to inspire the customer</li></ul><div>
Visual + Business Operations</div><ul><li>
Maintains FP Movement's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer</li><li>
Supports the shipment process to gain awareness of product including what&rsquo;s new and what&rsquo;s reship</li><li>
Adheres to store&rsquo;s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store</li></ul></div>
Role Qualifications:
<ul><li>Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community</li><li>
Experience in customer service</li><li>
Experience being a team player</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>

Pay Range: Starting from USD $14.00/Hr. Free People Movement Wage Transparency:
