As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire anAR Accountant to support this next stage of scale and help strengthen our operations, processes, and capabilities alongside the business.
 
 
 
 What We Look For
 
 
 
 We are looking for an AP Accountant with a keen eye for detail to help us manage invoices, payments, and vendor relationships. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in keeping our accounts payable accurate, organized, and on time. This role maintains strong relationships with suppliers, ensures compliance with internal controls, and supports month-end closing activities.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Receive, review, and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims in line with company policies.
 
 
 <ul>

 Verify the accuracy of invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all payments are properly coded, authorized, and recorded in the accounting system (Odoo).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date vendor accounts and reconcile statements on a monthly basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track advances, prepayments, and ensure proper settlements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities (accruals, provisions, schedules).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support audits by providing relevant documentation and reconciliations.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Work Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g. Odoo).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with vendors and colleagues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>

What We Look For
We are looking for an AR Accountant with a keen eye for detail to help us manage and oversee all aspects of customer invoicing, collections, and receivables tracking. The role ensures timely billing, accurate records, and healthy cash flow while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Prepare, issue, and record customer invoices accurately and on time</li><li>
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances</li><li>
Perform regular customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies</li><li>
Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy</li><li>
Apply customer payments and allocate receipts correctly</li><li>
Prepare AR reports, aging analysis, and collection status for management</li><li>
Support month-end closing related to receivables</li><li>
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies</li><li>
Assist in audits by providing required AR documentation</li><li>
Improve AR processes to enhance efficiency and cash collection</li></ul> 
Qualifications &amp; Work Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.</li><li>
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices</li><li>
