Job Summary: The Human Resource Coordinator is a key member of the leadership team of Afton Community Day. We provide an adult day program and in-home care services to seniors living in the Lexington, Kentucky area and surrounding counties.The Human Resource Coordinator assists in daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and general HR operations. Serving as an ambassador on behalf of the organization by promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture. The Human Resource Coordinator adheres to the federal and state regulations as well as the Corporation&rsquo;s policies and procedures.This position typically works Monday through Friday from 8a - 4:30 pm EST.
