This is a live-in position offering basic accommodation and meals.Key DetailsPosition: 24-Hour Live-In Home NurseLocation: Kumarswamy Layout, Bangalore, KarnatakaSchedule: Full-time, 24-hour presence (with scheduled rest breaks/sleep time)Compensation: 25000 INR to 35000 INR monthlyPerks: Basic on-site accommodation and 3 times daily meals provided.Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:Educational Qualification:B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)Language: Must be proficient in Hindi for effective communication with the patient and family.Experience: Proven experience in complex home care settings, particularly with patients requiring respiratory support is highly preferred.Core Responsibilities and SkillsThe primary duties require expertise in the following areas of specialized care:Respiratory Care:<ul><li>Tracheostomy Care: Meticulous maintenance, cleaning, and complication monitoring of the tracheostomy site.</li><li>Suctioning: Performing oral, and tracheal suctioning as needed to maintain a clear airway.</li><li>Nebulization:** Administering prescribed respiratory medications via nebulizer.</li><li>Chest Physiotherapy/Massage: Performing chest massage and percussion techniques to aid in secretion clearance.</li></ul>Nutritional Support:<ul><li>Ryle's Tube (RT) Feeding: Preparation and administration of formula via nasogastric tube (NG tube), and meticulous tube care.</li><li>Meal Provision: Assistance with meals provided by the family/household.</li></ul>Mobility &amp; Positioning:<ul><li>Patient Positioning: Regular turning and positioning of the patient to prevent bedsores (pressure ulcers) and improve comfort.</li><li>Passive Movements: Performing prescribed passive range-of-motion (PROM) exercises two times a day.</li></ul>Medical &amp; General Care:<ul><li>Medication Administration: Accurate and timely administration of oral and prescribed injectable/tube medications.</li><li>Catheter Care: Maintaining hygiene and monitoring of urinary/other catheters to prevent infection.</li><li>Vitals Monitoring: Regularly monitoring and accurately recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, SpO2&#8203;).</li><li>Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive and accurate nursing records and reporting any changes in the patient's condition immediately.</li><li>Personal Hygiene: Assisting with bathing, grooming, and general personal hygiene.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates are requested to submit the following documents:<ul><li>Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)/Resume.</li><li>Copies of Educational Certificates (B.Sc./M.Sc./GNM).</li><li>Copy of Valid Nursing Registration (State/Indian Nursing Council).</li></ul>Please send your application to: aditi.bhatnagar.mailbox@gmail.comNote: Only applicants meeting the minimum qualifications and possessing the required skills will be contacted for an interview.Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 1 monthPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Nursing: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
