We are looking for a self-starter who is able to multitask and is able to work with the public.Full-Time Schedule: 8:45 - 5:15 Monday through FridayPart-Time may also be consideredResponsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Answering phones</li><li>Taking messages or routing calls to specific people</li><li>Greeting customers</li><li>Scheduling appointments</li><li>Taking payments</li><li>Data entry</li><li>Assisting clients with various forms</li><li>Scanning and making copies for clients &amp; attorneys</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Previous customer service experience is a plus.</li><li>Previous office experience is a plus.</li></ul>*Attitude is everything!!
