Job Description Designation : Senior ExecutiveDepartment : Sales Support/PricingReports to : Manager/Team LeaderReports:<ul><li>Submit daily reports reflecting enquiries received, quotations provided, and conversion rates.</li><li>Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with team targets.</li></ul>Job Summary:<ul><li>We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Support Executive to join our freight forwarding team.</li><li>This role will focus on managing sales enquiries, preparing accurate and timely quotations, maintaining enquiry logs, and supporting conversion efforts.</li><li>The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of logistics pricing, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Log all received enquiries in the Enquiry Log with proper referencing (including attached enquiry emails).</li><li>Perform regular audits to ensure all received enquiries are accurately logged and tracked.</li><li>Provide accurate and complete cost quotations:</li></ul>o FOB enquiries &ndash; within 1 houro EXW enquiries &ndash; within 3 hours<ul><li>Ensure all quotes reflect current rates, surcharges, and correct routing.</li><li>Random checks to be performed between enquiries received and quotations submitted to ensure quality control.</li><li>Deliver a minimum of 20 quotations per day.</li><li>Maintain an organized workflow to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously with a strong turnaround time.</li><li>Achieve and maintain a minimum 60% conversion rate on a weekly basis.</li><li>Use internal tracking tools/scripts (e.g., Script 2998) to monitor performance and outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with operations, customer service, and sales teams for timely follow-up and resolution.</li><li>Ensure that all enquiries are followed up and closed with accurate feedback within 1-2 days of quoting.</li><li>Achieve and maintain a minimum 40% to 50% conversion rate on a weekly basis.</li></ul>Education and/or Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business</li><li>Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience in Air or Sea products</li></ul>Language Skills:<ul><li>Ability to communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to create routine reports and communicate clearly and informatively.</li></ul>Computer Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of EDP software</li><li>MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel and Word).</li><li>Ability to understand and use the FRESCON site</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
