Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring that our products/services meet the needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.</li><li>Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.</li><li>Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.</li><li>Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.</li><li>Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to effectively position our offerings.</li><li>Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and campaigns.</li><li>Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably within logistics Industry or a fresher.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>SPEAKING &amp; WRITING ENGLISH is COMPULSERY</li><li>HINDI SPEAKING PREFERENCE IS GIVEN</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RO325.000 - RO350.000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>ENGLISH , ARABIC , HINDI (Preferred)</li><li>ENGLISH , HINDI , ARABIC (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Muscat (Preferred)</li></ul>
