Gordon Truck Centers, Inc. is hiring a Parts Phone Sales (Corporate) representative to be based out of the Coburg, OR branch or other GTC facilities in the Pacific Northwest.</b></div><div>
A successful candidate is responsible for providing accurate and timely price quotes and other information to customers for all our store locations, using the Company telephone system, with a high degree of efficiency, and to sell heavy duty truck parts using parts manuals, both hard copy and electronic, with excellent customer service skills.</div><div></div><div><br>

Responsibilities:
<div>
The Parts Phone Sales position is responsible for providing accurate and timely price quotes and other information to customers for all our store locations, using the Company telephone system, with a high degree of efficiency, and to sell heavy duty truck parts using parts manuals, both hard copy and electronic, with excellent customer service skills.</div><ul><li>
Locate available parts using identified resources for when the dealership is out of stock of requested parts.</li><li>
Greet and assist customers with parts orders and questions using the Company telephone system.</li><li>
Use and operate a multi-line telephone system, computer and computer programs (such as Microsoft Office, Excel, 10 key and typing) with efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>
Invoice and process credit card transactions.</li><li>
Manage workflow in a face-paced environment, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.</li><li>
Manage tasks in a well-organized and detail oriented manner.</li><li>
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations.</li><li>
Build relationships with internal and external customers.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Job Requirements, Education and Experience</b></div><p><b>
Education</b>: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.</p><p><b>
Experience</b>: heavy duty truck dealership experience preferred;
</p><p><b>Skills: </b>Must be professional and safety minded at all times. Excellent communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Able to work with minimal supervision and direction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</p><p><br>

Extensive use of telephone and computer. Bending, stretching, limited heavy lifting in excess of 70 pounds may be required.</p><p><b>
Environmental</b>: Primarily indoors with limited outdoor work. Moderate noise level in office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.</p><p><b>
