We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of grid-connected solar inverters. The role involves resolving customer issues efficiently, providing on-call support, and managing service operations to ensure minimal downtime and customer satisfaction.* Register and track customer complaints from end users and EPC partners.* Perform first-level troubleshooting with customers/end users via phone.* If resolved remotely &rarr;close complaint and update service log.* If not resolved remotely &rarr; assign to local service partner for on-site resolution.* If unresolved by local partner &rarr; arrange product pickup and service at regional/local service center.* If still unresolved &rarr; Sent to Plant for diagnostics and repair, then return to end user.* Support warranty claims, spare parts management, and replacement coordination.* Diagnose and resolve technical faults both remotely and on-site.* Ensure compliance with service protocols and escalation processes.* Deliver technical training sessions to local service partners.* Collaborate with R&amp;D, Product Management, and Sales teams to resolve recurring or complex issues.* Provide structured feedback to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.* Maintain accurate service reports, case logs, and service documentation.* Ensure timely closure of support cases within defined Service Resolution Timelines (SLA).Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The ideal candidate will possess strong in Accounts, interpersonal and organizational skills.They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.Responsibilities&middot; To maintain petty cash - keep track of daily cash expenses and transections, updates in tally software, and generate weekly reports of the same.&middot; To maintain and update outstanding dues of clients and share the inputs to the sales team about pending payments.&middot; To maintain purchase entries, generate PO, maintain credit deal in tally software.&middot; To voucher adjustments of purchased items, having knowledge on GST filings, TDS filings, expenses round off adjustments on monthly basis.&middot; To maintain product wise sales bills, E-WAY bills and vouchers.Qualifications&middot; Bachelor's degree required, 2+ years of accounting experience&middot; Strong written and verbal communication skills&middot; Strong organizational skills&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TallyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,781.74 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
