</h1>Responsible for performing all duties and responsibilities associated with collection, destruction and removal of all hazardous, non-hazardous, Antineoplastic, regulated medical, laboratory and universal waste generated within the facility.
 
 
Hourly Rate: $25.41/hour
 
 
Schedule: Friday-Sunday; 6AM-6:30PM
 
 
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Responsibilities
</h1><ul><li>Collects all waste from the facility, ensures that they are in the proper container and labeled and segregated according to waste classification.
</li><li>Disposes of waste according to classification: i.e. hazardous, non-hazardous, liquid, solid, semi-solid, vials, etc.
</li><li>Determines if the waste can enter the waste stream and prepares the waste to be removed to the pharmaceutical waste destroyer for destruction.
</li><li>Prepares all waste drums, boxes and containers with the proper classification and identification labels required by the Department of Environmental Conservation, Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Transportation.
</li><li>Performs daily inspection of the hazardous waste room to ensure that sufficient amounts of drums, boxes and containers are available for all manufacturing and laboratory areas. Cleans area of all debris and maintains order.
</li><li>Operates the pharmaceutical waste destroyer to ensure that discarded vials are destroyed in a manner that renders them unusable. Ensures that only liquids that are on the approved list enter the waste stream.
</li><li>Ensures that the pharmaceutical waste destroyer is operational by performing daily inspections and weekly maintenance. Repairs the machine to ensure that it is operating at peak efficiency by changing hammers, rollers, pins, belts, bearings, and conveyers.
</li><li>Coordinates with Warehouse Management and ensures that products that have been released for destruction are destroyed per the applicable Material Review Destruction Report (MRDR).
</li><li>Coordinates the removal of waste with outside agencies and ensures that it meets all federal, state and local regulations.
</li><li>Attends certification classes through various sources for proper waste handling and to prepare and sign hazardous waste manifests, as required by the Department of Transportation, Department of Environmental Conservation and the Environmental Protection Agency.
</li><li>Conducts regular inspections of waste generation areas, including within the hygiene zones.
</li><li>Perform routine wastewater monitoring duties including visual inspections, pH and DO meter calibration, SBR panel review, and collection of outfall and non-contact discharge samples in accordance with established procedures.
</li><li>Follows all OSHA, cGMP and company policies when performing all tasks.
</li><li>Overtime during the week and weekends may be required.
</li><li>All other duties as assigned.
</li></ul>Requirements
<ul><li>High school diploma/GED or higher.
</li><li>Obtain certification in Hazardous Waste Operation and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) and RCRA/New York Hazardous Waste Management within 6 months. Must attend yearly refresher training for certification.
</li><li>Obtain Hazmat Ground Shipper certification within 6 months.
</li><li>At least 1 year of related experience in similar waste removal role or equivalent.
</li><li>The ability to operate a forklift and power walker is required.
</li><li>Must demonstrate good mechanical aptitude.
</li><li>The ability to perform a wide variety of tasks fast and efficiently.
</li><li>Must posses good communication skills
</li><li>The ability to interact with all department and all levels.

</h1>The Commercial Insights and Analytics Sr. Analyst serves as a key liaison between Finance and Commercial teams, delivering actionable insights that drive profitable growth and informed decision-making. This role translates complex data into clear business narratives, supports financial planning, forecasting, and demand alignment, and partners cross-functionally to evaluate commercial performance, pricing, GTN, and investment decisions.
 
 
The position leads performance reporting, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling while ensuring data integrity and governance across all analytics. Leveraging tools such as SAP, TM1, SAC, and Qlik, the role enhances forecasting accuracy, optimizes margins, and drives process improvements to enable efficient, data-driven business outcomes.
 
 
This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week.
 
 
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
 
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 6% of the base salary. </li><li>Forecasting &amp; Demand Planning: Partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to enhance forecast accuracy and demand planning, ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets.
</li><li>Deliver Strategic Insights: Communicate key findings, financial trends, and strategic recommendations clearly, both verbally and in written reports, to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
</li><li>Business Partnering: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to evaluate new product launches, promotional investments, and commercial performance.
</li><li>Profitability Analysis: Evaluate pricing strategies, assess the financial impact of commercial decisions, and provide data-driven guidance to optimize margin and revenue outcomes.
</li><li>GTN (Gross to Net) Analysis: Review and monitor gross to net calculations in relation to the forecasting process
</li><li>Performance Reporting &amp; Analytics: Develop and manage financial and commercial reporting templates that enable data-driven decisions across sales, marketing, and operations.
</li><li>Data Integrity &amp; Governance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all commercial and financial reports and analytical outputs.
</li><li>Ad Hoc Financial Analysis: Design and execute complex financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing, investment decisions, and business cases across multiple functional areas.
</li><li>Commercial Decision Support: Provide actionable recommendations based on comparative and cost-benefit analyses, incorporating factors such as market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior.
</li><li>Process Optimization: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives; develop tools and dashboards that enhance business visibility and efficiency in forecasting and performance management.
</li><li>Systems &amp; Tools: Leverage advanced analytics platforms such as SAP, SAC, TM1, Qlik, and other BI tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data for decision-making.

</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree required (Advanced degree is a plus).
</li><li>5+ years&rsquo; related experience (i.e. Finance, Pricing, Marketing, etc.).
</li><li>Strong ability to think analytically, execute to a goal/vision, influence, problem solve, and impact/drive change in a heavily matrixed global environment.
</li><li>Demonstrates independence and must be self-driven.
</li><li>Work with cross functional teams
</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
