Responsible for day-to-day activities of Maintenance Department for either 1 or multiple areas during 24/7 operation. Responsibilities include proper operation of all systems and equipment as well as administrative activities related to personnel reporting to incumbent. Must be able to manage the expense and overtime budgets.<br>

Salary Range: $90,816 - $126,991<br>

Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary.<br>

Responsibilities</div><div></div><ul><li>
Assure that all systems and equipment in the facility are in top operational condition.</li><li>
Review and modify the existing preventative maintenance program to fit the ever-increasing need for continuous operation of systems/equipment.</li><li>
Assure proper troubleshooting of systems/equipment to minimize down-time and eliminate re-occurring of problems.</li><li>
Provide leadership for people reporting to him/her and inform management of the current, as well as future, needs of the facility.</li><li>
Responsible to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>
Must develop a project/maintenance budget and forecast spending requirements.</li><li>
Create and implement comprehensive training programs to assure cross-training of staff.</li><li>
Initiate, author, review, and approve change control, specifications, risk assessments, work orders, standard operating procedures (SOPs), capital project approvals (CPAs), purchase requisitions/orders, factory/site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT), corrective actions, and associated interim/final reports and other paperwork in compliance with Company policy</li><li>
Must have good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Hire, develop, organize and lead staff.</li><li>
Establish and implement appropriate engineering staff training requirements.</li><li>
Serve as reviewer and approver for deviation investigations</li><li>
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Collaborates with the Environmental Management System Representative for ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are met under ISO 14001 standards.</li><li>
Collaborates with the Energy Management System Representative for ensuring that Energy Management Requirements are met under ISO 50001 standards.</li><li>
Collaborates with the Occupational Health and Safety Management Representative for ensuring compliance to Occupational Health and Safety is met under ISO 45001.</li></ul><div></div><div>
REQUIREMENTS</div><ul><li>
B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field, (experience may be considered in lieu of degree) with a minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience</li><li>
Must have a good understanding of utilities systems, pumps, piping, boilers and water treatment.</li><li>
Must have experience with high speed filling/packing equipment (liquid).</li><li>
Must have a good understanding of electrical installation, power distribution and wiring.</li><li>
Must have a good understanding of electronics, relays, controllers and programmable controllers.</li><li>
Must have a good understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.</li><li>
Must have proven record of successful troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.</li><li>
Must have a good understanding of cGMP.</li><li>
Knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing processes, automation and controls such as PLCs and HMIs, machine design and layout, utilities and piping including compressed air and gasses, steam and water systems, HVAC, fire protection, project management, Autocad, construction, drawing standards including the ability to read and decipher drawings including process and instrumentation (P&amp;ID), and general supervision.</li></ul><div></div><div>

The Manager, CRM System Operations will drive adoption, governance, and operational excellence across the Customer Engagement Ecosystem on the Salesforce platform within Commercial Excellence. This is a business-facing role partners closely with IT and global technical teams to ensure platform stability, integrations, security, and compliance.<br>

The role will support commercial stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Technical/Field, and Customer Service for four Business Units &mdash; Pharma, Nutrition, Biopharma, and MedTech &mdash; contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of a best-in-class Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud for Customer/HCP Engagement, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing &amp; Data Cloud, and Field Service Lightning to improve commercial execution, efficiency, and customer engagement will be actively identified.<br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (focus on Information Systems, Operations, Business or Data Analytics preferred).</li><li>
Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certification(s) required (Salesforce BA Admin). Additional certifications as an Advanced Admin and Platform App Builder a plus.</li><li>
8+ years related experience of Salesforce as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Administrator in a business-facing role.</li><li>
Experience supporting regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Financial Services preferred.</li><li>
Experience supporting CSV (Computer System Validation), audit readiness, and regulated documentation practices (SOPs, traceability).</li><li>
Operating model / delivery: Agile delivery experience (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning), tools like Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.</li><li>
Release management and environment strategy (sandboxes, deployment tools, regression testing).</li><li>
Resource planning and capacity management.</li><li>
Vendor/partner management (if applicable)</li><li>
Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions within a Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Engagement environment.</li><li>
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration (code/low code), including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, approval processes, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Field Service Lightning preferred.</li><li>
Proven ability to lead CRM enablement, training, and change management initiatives to drive adoption.</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other database/ERP concepts (i.e., SAP, Salesforce.com).</li><li>
