</b></h1><p></p>The Technical Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful technical implementation of product at customer locations. Individuals in this role will lead technical implementations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will live in the Mountain and Western region of the United States, near a major metropolitan city.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
<br>
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. <p></p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities
</b></h1><ul><li>Responsible for the technical implementation with customer counterparts (information technology, biomedical / clinical engineering / informatics)
</li><li>Supports the implementation team to identify, schedule and solve technical installation and customization issues as they arise
</li><li>Serves as the liaison between the customer and the Fresenius Kabi technical team for any issues that arise during the implementation
</li><li>Engages with customer&rsquo;s technical groups for joint solution development
</li><li>Participates in customer technical support team activities as needed
</li><li>Gathers and analyzes data on the installed systems for continuous product improvement efforts
</li><li>Coordinates closely with the Implementation Project Manager to ensure that technical activities remain on schedule throughout the project.
</li><li>Assists and delivers product presentations, as necessary, and provides sales support to include participating in RFI/RFPs and demonstrations
</li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional work teams (engineering, marketing, manufacturing, operations) to define streamlined customer support solutions
</li><li>Collaborates with sales on prospect engagements, RFP responses, etc. as required
</li><li>Travels up to 75%
</li><li>Attend local, regional, and national meetings as needed
</li><li>Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as assigned by management
</li></ul><p></p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements
</b></h1><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required (Biomedical engineering degree preferred)
</li><li>Minimum of 5 years related work experience (medical device experience preferred)
</li><li>FDA compliance experience is a plus
</li><li>Deep experience with system installation and support environments in clinical settings
</li><li>Abundant experience working with customers
</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills
</li><li>Experience providing professional services to clinical environments
</li><li>Experience with integrating hospital systems including EMR integration (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
</li><li>Experience with web interfaces and APIs, used by enterprise grade systems
</li><li>Working knowledge of Wi-Fi, networking, remote access techniques, VPNs, firewalls
</li><li>Familiarity with SQL, report generation &amp; databases
</li><li>Experience with regulatory compliance for medical devices (complaint reporting, installation records, service records)
</li><li>Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
</li><li>Travel (Air/Auto) required and is based on the needs of the business
</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours and weekends to meet business/customer needs
</li><li>Ability to work effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude
</li><li>Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment
