We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our beauty salon team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome clients in a professional and warm manner</li><li>Manage appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently</li><li>Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries</li><li>Process payments and maintain accurate records</li><li>Promote salon services, packages, and retail products</li><li>Support daily salon operations and ensure a smooth workflow</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (salon experience is a plus), minimum 3 years</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Basic computer skills (booking systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)</li><li>Well-presented with a professional attitude</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the company</li><li>Training on services and sales techniques</li></ul>Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
