</b></p></div><div><p>The Indirect Procurement Specialist plays a key role in supporting FreshDirect&rsquo;s procurement operations for goods and services not intended for resale. This position partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely purchasing, accurate documentation, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies. It&rsquo;s an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.

</b></p></div><div><ul><li><div>Support day-to-day procurement activities for assigned indirect spend categories.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP accurately and on time.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Assist with vendor onboarding and maintain up-to-date vendor documentation and records.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Help coordinate RFP/RFQ processes by gathering requirements, organizing vendor responses, and preparing comparison summaries.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Track and update procurement data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across internal systems.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Assist with basic spend reporting and data analysis as directed.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Follow up with vendors regarding order status, delivery timelines, and invoice discrepancies.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Maintain organized contract files and support contract renewal tracking.
</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

  with a strong foundation in both commercial and employment law. The ideal candidate will also bring knowledge of corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in safeguarding the organization from legal risks by conducting thorough research and analysis while serving as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders.

   Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
  </li>

   Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters; Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;

   Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents with internal employees, clients, vendors, and other parties.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain/update document templates and create initial drafts of form agreements for clients;
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support business activities; Provide expert advice on company&rsquo;s legal rights and duties;

   Identify legal risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate and resolve them.
  </li>

   Assist with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

   Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and other departments, to address legal issues and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

   Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with external parties.

   Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  </li>

   Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
  </li>

   Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
