This role demands a strong foundation in advanced software testing and exposure to DevOps practices, with proven expertise in building and scaling automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will leverage AI prompting skills for enhanced test strategy, possess critical people and client management abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment collaborating with US-based clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Test Strategy &amp; Framework Architecture: Architect, design, and govern robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or equivalent).</li><li>AI-Enhanced Testing: Utilize advanced AI prompting skills and tools for complex test case generation, data synthesis, and predictive quality analysis.</li><li>People &amp; Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and technically guide junior QA engineers, ensuring high-quality standards and professional development across the team.</li><li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary quality liaison for US clients, managing expectations, presenting detailed quality reports, and proactively addressing critical concerns.</li><li>DevOps &amp; CI/CD Governance: Optimize and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensure best practices for AWS deployments, and govern infrastructure as code using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain high-standard test documentation, architectural blueprints, and ensure effective knowledge transfer, including formal documentation of AI-prompting methodologies.</li><li>Security &amp; Compliance Leadership: Champion and enforce stringent security, privacy, and industry standards, particularly for healthcare applications.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsExperience: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in software testing , with at least 2+ years dedicated to test automation architecture and implementation.<ul><li>Automation &amp; Architecture: Proven expertise in designing and implementing automated test cases for complex web and mobile applications.</li><li>AI/Prompting: Demonstrated skill in AI prompting for testing workflows, and experience with AI-based testing tools or assisted test case generation is preferred.</li><li>Management &amp; Interaction: Exceptional client interaction management skills, particularly with US clients, and proven ability in people management or technical team leadership.</li><li>DevOps &amp; Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS deployment, including working knowledge of serverless architecture.</li><li>Scripting: Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python or JavaScript) for test automation and utility development.</li><li>Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Testing Breadth: Expertise in API testing and database validation via DB scripts.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in test framework architecting from scratch or re-engineering existing frameworks.</li><li>Hands-on experience in scripting and job scheduling (e.g., using Jenkins, AWS Step Functions, or similar tools) for automated operations.</li><li>Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and Zendesk.</li><li>Knowledge of multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).</li></ul>AriveGuru Technology Solutions Pvt.
