About the RoleWe are seeking a QA + DevOps Engineer with AI exposure to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and DevOps practices, along with a keen interest or experience in AI-driven testing methodologies. This role is suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, pays attention to detail, and can collaborate effectively with global clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Test Planning &amp; Execution: Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Automation: Develop and maintain automated test cases using frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate test documentation, defect logs, and test repositories.</li><li>Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing quality-related concerns.</li><li>Security &amp; Compliance: Ensure applications meet security, privacy, and industry compliance standards (with focus on healthcare).</li><li>DevOps &amp; Cloud: Support CI/CD pipelines, AWS deployments, and infrastructure scripting using CloudFormation/Terraform.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in software testing (manual &amp; automation).</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Proven expertise in testing web and mobile applications.</li><li>Experience with API testing and database script validation.</li><li>Exposure to AWS serverless architecture.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD, CloudFormation, and Terraform (preferred).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for client interaction.</li><li>Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with AI-based testing tools or AI-assisted test case generation.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).</li><li>Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Software Testing: 2+ years (Required)</li><li>Functional Testing: 2+ years (Required)</li><li>Test Automation: 2+ years (Required)</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work on cutting-edge AI-driven testing and DevOps initiatives.</li><li>Gain exposure to healthcare domain projects with international clients.</li><li>Be part of a collaborative and innovation-driven culture.</li><li>Competitive compensation with clear growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
