Warehouse Order Selector - Night

<div>JOB SUMMARY 
This is an operations position responsible for performing clerical duties within the transportation department including maintaining all regulatory compliance as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT). 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Gather, organize and process driver daily paperwork, logs, manifest, vehicle inspection, etc.</li><li>
Answer phones, route calls and take messages.</li><li>
Research operation challenges, order supplies, liaison between office and operations</li><li>
Respond to delivery associate issues and provide support for a resolution.</li><li>

Transportation Clerk

The supervisor-inbound is responsible for ensuring day to day efficient operation and all policies and procedures that are related to products being received into the warehouse are followed daily by effective use of associates, ensuring associates comply with all safety policies, and all products are checked for quality and accurate quantity. Some operating companies will also include quality assurance and high lift in addition to receiving and warehouse.

This position is responsible for efficiently grading products for quality control and preparing product for shipment by repacking into smaller increments.

<div>JOB SUMMARY 
This is a Finance position responsible for monitoring the quality of perishable products in the warehouse on an ongoing basis, inputting order information through data entry while performing other related duties as required. Regularly exercises discretion and in performing duties directly related to the general operation of product quality control. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects. 
Check produce in slots on a daily basis to make a certain product that is set up for shipping is up to acceptable standards 
Communicate regularly with necessary parties on the company&rsquo;s status on product quality 
Communicate with Inventory Control Manager or Compliance Manager and buyers all quality issues and assists them in resolving them to ensure the customer receives the highest quality products possible 
Monitor variance reports for accurate accounting of spoilage, warehouse damage, truck damage, etc. 
Inspect inbound freight, warehoused product, and/or outbound product and document product condition 
Analyze, identify, and propose action to the solution of problems associated with Quality Assurance 
Observe all safety rules, regulations, and sanitation policies

Quality Control Associate - FP - US

<div>Position Purpose:
All drivers run daily routes with frequent stops and are required to load packages onto hand trucks and unload product at each stop on the assigned route in the order they are designated by the Transportation Department Manager. Candidate will operate successfully in a cross dock model picking up loaded truck from a nightly delivery at f the assigned loading dock and returning the empty truck back to the assigned lot at the end of the route. May be required to assist occasionally with loading trucks, palletizing product, and performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times<ul><li>
Unload product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas. May include transporting product down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions.</li><li>
Frequently lift, push, or move product that weighs 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; frequently reach up to 72&rdquo; to stack and unstack pallets and hand cart; constantly bend and twist while loading and unloading product, and retrieving items from trailer.</li></ul>
Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Contact management for authorization when discrepancies on invoice and communicate all errors/returns. Calls in when customer does not receive their entire order (shorts)
