 Process &amp; Tool Engineering Leader
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contributes to the development of the financial and technological goals through the Annual Operating Planning and Structured Requirements Analysis Planning processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies and develops process innovations and new machines to support the site's vision and long-term direction
 </li>
 <li>
 Designs and executes plans, while leveraging the latest approaches and achieving organizational short, mid, and long term goals; regularly reviewing performance and initiating corrective actions, as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Applies technical expertise to develop existing and introduce new processes &amp; machines
 </li>
 <li>
 Researches new technologies and technological trends to improve process and commercial performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures manufacturing capabilities, product and material application, and tool design standards are considered with respect to the implementation process
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work culture

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical-Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of Industry-relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Team management experience is a plus, but not mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional-Level English language skills preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree is optional
 </li>
 <li>
 Key Technical Qualifications:
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing lines
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in machine design, production, and commissioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledgeable in machine dynamics, handling systems, and conveyor design &rarr; Able to ensure synchronized operation of multi-station machines
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in electrical schematics and selection of switchgear components
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in fault detection and troubleshooting
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with PLC, IoT, and communication systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of robotics and commissioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of camera control systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization.
