About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Warehousing &amp; Ecommerce Manager to lead our logistics operations and drive our online fulfillment strategy. Join a fast-growing fashion company where your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping</li><li>Manage inventory control systems and optimize stock levels across multiple channels</li><li>Lead ecommerce fulfillment processes and improve order accuracy/speed</li><li>Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and customer service teams</li><li>Implement and optimize WMS, inventory management, and ecommerce platforms</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers</li><li>Develop KPIs and reporting systems to track operational performance</li><li>Lead and develop warehouse team members</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3-5 years of warehousing and logistics experience (fashion/retail preferred)</li><li>Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and WMS systems</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools</li><li>Proven team leadership and project management experience</li><li>Knowledge of inventory management best practices and demand planning</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance bonuses</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>Dynamic, collaborative work environment</li><li>Employee discount on latest fashion collections</li></ul>Ready to shape the future of fashion logistics?
