What You'll Do:</b></p>

<li><b>Guiding Classroom Operations:</b> Take the lead in shaping the overall learning experience.</li>
<li><b>Building Meaningful Connections:</b> Forge strong relationships with both children and their families.</li>
<li><b>Fostering a Positive Environment:</b> Create a consistently positive, clean, and nurturing space for the children under your care.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You Bring to the Table:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Age: </b>Be a minimum of 18 years old.</li>
<li><b>Certification: </b>Active CDA or a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in ECE</li>
<li><b>Experience</b>: 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.</li>
<li><b>Training Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Possess CPR and First Aid certification.</li>
<li>Pass a Background Check.</li>
</ul> </li><li><b>Shift</b>: Ability to work a flexible shift from 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.</li>

<li>Inspire creativity, independence, and school readiness every single day</li>

<li>18 years or older</li>
<li>Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (required)</li>
<li>2-3+ years of experience in a licensed childcare center</li>
<li>CPR &amp; First Aid certified</li>
<li>Can pass a background check</li>
<li>Available for flexible scheduling between 7:00AM&ndash;5:30PM, Monday&ndash;Friday</li>
