We are looking for a dynamic and positive Executive Assistant to join our growing team and support both the day-to-day operations and client interactions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide administrative and organizational support across daily office operations.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, care, and excellent service.</li><li>Assist with flower deliveries and ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and clients.</li><li>Prepare and send proposals/quotations to clients in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Support event planning tasks, office logistics, and coordination with vendors.</li><li>Monitor and manage office supplies and overall office needs.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team &ndash; earn additional commission for contributing to successful deals.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Employment Visa &amp; Health Insurance (as per UAE law).</li><li>Fixed salary + additional commission on closed deals.</li><li>Friendly and creative work environment with opportunities to grow.</li></ul>If you are a caring, organized, and creative individual who loves working with people and flowers, we would love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you located in Dubai?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Executuve Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
