Job Description:Burns Centre is seeking a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure transparency in donation and zakat funds, handle audits, and maintain accurate accounting using Tally software.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain complete books of accounts using Tally software</li><li>Manage daily vouchers, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Properly record and manage donations and zakat funds with complete documentation</li><li>Prepare financial reports related to donations, zakat, and operational expenses</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies</li><li>Maintain donor-wise and fund-wise financial records</li><li>Support management with financial statements and reports</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience</li><li>Hands-on experience with Tally software (mandatory)</li><li>Experience in audit handling and documentation</li><li>Knowledge of donation, zakat, and fund management (preferred)</li><li>Strong command of MS Excel</li><li>Honest, organized, and detail-oriented</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in NGO / healthcare sector</li><li>Knowledge of Pakistan tax and NGO compliance</li></ul>Salary:Market competitive (based on experience)How to Apply:Interested candidates may apply through Indeed with an updated CV.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
