</p><p></p><div><div><b>SUMMARY:</b></div></div><p>
Provides safe transportation for the clients and completes required documentation</p><p>
</p><div><div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </b>Essential duties include the following but are not considered an inclusive list.
</div></div><ul><li>Provide safe transportation
</li><li>Completes Pre-Trip Inspections prior to each route.</li><li>
Checks buses at end of morning/afternoon routes to ensure no child remains on bus.
</li><li>Assists with taking children to their classrooms.
</li><li>Turns in all documentation daily which includes but limited to: Transportation Log, Pre-Trip Inspections, Transportation Roster.
</li><li>Maintains bus binder that includes required documentation: seating chart, up to date client information, emergency procedures, and vehicle accident procedures/forms.
</li><li>Ensure up to date client information is in the bus binder when transporting clients. This includes client face sheets listing authorized person(s) to take a child from the bus, Parent Consent for Medication Administration and Emergency Treatment form, printed maps to every client&rsquo;s home. Turn in gas receipts at the end of each month.
</li><li>Complete and turn in monthly inspections on assigned vehicles, if appropriate, on the last working day of the month.</li><li>
Immediately reports all transportation related incidents to supervisor.
</li><li>Attend scheduled staff meetings.
</li><li>Complete all required training in a timely manner.
</li><li>Submits Work Orders on vehicle maintenance requests and other problems.
</li><li>Complete minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
</li><li>Assist in scheduling/delivering/picking up vehicles at shop.
</li><li>Follows FCC and FPS policies and procedures.
</li><li>Maintains current and valid AR Driver&rsquo;s License and ensures the HR Department has a copy of this for their files. A CDL may be required for this position.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned
</li></ul><p>Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc. and the clients. Conditions of confidentiality shall be in compliance with Friendship Community Care Non-Disclosure Policy and HIPAA Policies.</p><p>

The Code of Conduct and Compliance Investigation Procedures as read and discussed in the new employee training must be followed at all times.</div></li><li><div>
Consumers&rsquo; progress notes be maintained and completed <b><i>daily or as needed</i></b> on the prescribed forms.</div></li><li><div>
Consumers&rsquo; records must be maintained weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. All information must be filed in consumers&rsquo; records as needed and updated as prescribed by funding sources.</div></li></ul><p>

High School diploma or GED; preferably with one to three months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
</li><li>A valid driver's license is required and a clean background check. A CDL may be required based on position.</li></ul><p>
</p><p><b>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</b></p><p>
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one- and small group situations to customers, children, and other employees of the organization.</p><p>
</p><p><b>REASONING ABILITY:</b></p><p>
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</p><p>
