Utilize EMR to &ldquo;check-in&rdquo; and &ldquo;check-out&rdquo; clients.</li><li>
Collect co-payments for services rendered.</li><li>
Manage daily cash sheet.</li><li>
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.</li><li>
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.</li><li>
Ensure reception and waiting area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)</li><li>
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.</li><li>
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.</li><li>
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock as directed by supervisor.</li><li>
Update calendars and schedule meetings.</li><li>
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.</li></ul><ul><li>
Perform duties in a professional manner in response to clients, co-workers, and situations in which own values are challenged.</li><li>
Gather vitals of clients</li></ul><ul><li>
High School Degree.</li><li>
Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.</li></ul></div>
