IMMEDIATE OPENINGOur locally owned automotive repair shop is looking for a dependable and motivated Receptionist / Office Manager to join our team!This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM, and plays a key role in keeping our shop running smoothly.What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service</li><li>Answer phones and schedule appointments</li><li>Assist with quotes and service recommendations</li><li>Manage invoices, payments, and daily financial tasks</li><li>Help with bill payments and basic bookkeeping duties</li><li>Keep office operations organized and efficient</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Someone who is trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and multitask</li><li>Experience in an office or automotive setting is helpful, but not required</li></ul>We value honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who does too.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
