You&rsquo;ll be responsible for cold calling, warm follow-ups, and lead nurturing to help our U.S.-based clients grow their customer base and revenue.This role offers incredible growth potential; you&rsquo;ll start part-time, and as you prove your performance, you&rsquo;ll transition into a full-time role with increased earnings and bonuses.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sell moving and transportation services to residential and commercial clients.</li><li>Cold call, follow up, and close leads confidently, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.</li><li>Conduct consultative sales conversations that uncover customer needs and match them with service solutions.</li><li>Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and CRM engagement.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM software.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine lead generation and service delivery strategies.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position services effectively.</li></ul>Qualifications:&#10004; Fluent English with a clear, professional American accent (mandatory) &#10004; 1&ndash;3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the moving, logistics, transportation, or service industry &#10004; Demonstrated success in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B/B2C sales &#10004; Strong ability to build rapport quickly and communicate value with clarity &#10004; Skilled in objection handling, follow-up techniques, and deal closing &#10004; Experience with CRMs (SmartMoving, Movegistics CRM, MoverBase, GoHighLevel, etc.) and familiarity with basic sales reporting tools &#10004; Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) &#10004; Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and priorities &#10004; Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven &mdash; you love competition and results &#10004; Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and maintain consistent productivity during U.S. hoursHardware &amp; Work Requirements:<ul><li>Computer: Intel Core i5 or higher, 8GB+ RAM (Core i7 preferred; dual-screen setup a strong plus)</li><li>Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps wired (Ethernet) connection</li><li>Headset: Professional USB headset with noise-canceling microphone.</li><li>Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free environment with a proper desk setup</li><li>Power Backup: Required to maintain consistent uptime during working hours</li></ul>Salary &amp; Work Schedule:Starting Salary: $3 USD/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses.
