Our offshore teams work with some of the fastest-scaling service-based companies, delivering real impact while enjoying the freedom to work remotely from anywhere.About the RoleWe&rsquo;re hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist; a mix of graphic design mastery, video editing skills, and marketing automation know-how &mdash; to join the marketing team of a fast-growing Tax &amp; Finance Coaching &amp; Consulting business in the US.This role is ideal for someone who&rsquo;s both creative and technical: you love designing beautiful visuals, editing compelling videos, and turning them into high-performing marketing campaigns that attract leads, nurture clients, and grow revenue.You&rsquo;ll manage everything from campaign design to automation; working inside GoHighLevel (GHL) to create emails, funnels, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.If you&rsquo;re passionate about design, storytelling, and using marketing tech to drive results &mdash; this is the job where your creative work will actually move the needle.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design &amp; Visual Content<ul><li>Design engaging graphics, ads, banners, and social media visuals for marketing campaigns.</li><li>Edit short-form and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar tools).</li><li>Create motion graphics, video transitions, and animated explainer clips for social media and ads.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all design materials, presentations, and campaigns.</li></ul>Marketing Automation &amp; Campaigns<ul><li>Set up and manage email, SMS, and funnel campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL).</li><li>Build, test, and optimize marketing automations and drip workflows for lead generation and client nurturing.</li><li>Design and manage landing pages and funnels (copy, design, layout) inside GHL or similar tools.</li><li>Analyze campaign data, open rates, and conversion results to recommend improvements.</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Digital Marketing<ul><li>Collaborate with the founder to create lead magnets, email sequences, and promotional content.</li><li>Coordinate ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads campaigns.</li><li>Optimize visual content for higher engagement, click-through, and conversion.</li><li>Manage marketing calendars, assets, and performance tracking.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years of experience in graphic design and marketing.</li><li>Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or equivalent).</li><li>Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL) &mdash; including workflows, campaigns, automations, and funnel building.</li><li>Understanding of email &amp; SMS marketing best practices, including A/B testing and segmentation.</li><li>Strong sense of layout, typography, and modern design principles.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven &mdash; able to handle projects end-to-end.</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Experience creating social media video ads or reels for finance, consulting, or coaching brands.</li><li>Knowledge of copywriting or marketing psychology.</li><li>Familiarity with Zapier, Canva, or AI design tools like Runway, Pika, or Midjourney.</li><li>Ability to repurpose long-form videos (podcasts, webinars) into short, engaging clips for social platforms.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like&#9989; All campaigns have beautiful, consistent visuals that reflect the brand&rsquo;s authority. &#9989; GoHighLevel automations and campaigns run seamlessly with optimized deliverability. &#9989; Marketing funnels are clear, measurable, and converting leads efficiently. &#9989; The founder has a steady flow of content and marketing assets &mdash; delivered on time and on brand.Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on skill and creative portfolio) Ranging from 100k to 150k PKR per month + Performance Based Bonuses.</li><li>Long-term remote role with growth potential in design &amp; marketing leadership</li><li>Work directly with a US-based marketing team in the tax and finance niche</li><li>Performance-based bonuses for campaign success</li></ul>How to ApplyAttach your portfolio link, resume, and a short intro video (1 to 3 minutes) telling us about:<ul><li>Your best designs or video projects, and</li><li>One marketing or lead gen campaign or automation you&rsquo;ve built that performed well.</li></ul>Thank you and Good Luck.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Attach a link to your design portfolio and a link to your video introduction (It can either be a google drive link to your folder containing the video or any other platform where we can access your video by clicking on the provided link). </li></ul>Thank you Experience:<ul><li>Graphics Design : 1 year (Required)</li><li>lead generation and marketing campaign management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English fluently (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
