 Role Overview
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
 
 Trade Marketing Officer
 
 to join our growing team. This role bridges marketing strategy and field execution&mdash;driving FR&Iacute;O&rsquo;s brand visibility, trade presence, and customer experience across key retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will oversee trade activations, listings, and promotional campaigns while ensuring smooth account management, order processing, and payment reconciliation.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Trade &amp; Retail Marketing Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute trade marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and visibility programs across retail and e-commerce channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with key retailers and distributors for product listings, planograms, and brand placement opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage activation calendars and ensure timely execution of product launches, sampling drives, and in-store promotions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Account Management &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact for B2B, retail, and distributor accounts to ensure smooth communication and order management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and confirm orders, prepare invoices, and coordinate with logistics partners for on-time deliveries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain updated account documentation, including price lists, promotional agreements, and contracts.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Receivables &amp; Payment Reconciliation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy between invoices, payments, and delivery records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide weekly receivables and reconciliation reports to management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 E-commerce &amp; Digital Integration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with online platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Talabat Mart to optimize product listings, brand pages, and promotional visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor online stock levels, pricing, and customer feedback to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Analysis
 
 
 <ul>

 Analyze sales data, trade performance, and promotion ROI to guide marketing and sales strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly performance reports for management review.
 
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, or beverage industry preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of sales operations, receivables tracking, and account coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive and self-driven with a passion for brand growth and execution excellence.

 B2B and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caf&eacute;s)
 
 sales channels. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong network and proven success in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and account management within the beverage or FMCG industry.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
 </li>

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
 </li>

 Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 Minimum
 
 3&ndash;5 years of experience

 HORECA and B2B sales
 
 , preferably within beverages or FMCG.

 Strong understanding of the UAE HORECA market and existing client network is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
 </li>
