 : Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for our Key Accounts division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with KA customers, as well as overseeing the operations of the sales team.  MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

 Achieve sales value and numeric distribution targets through following the business KPI's.
 </li>

 Control trade assets in the market and maximize the best utilization of company assets (Freezers/ trucks) to ensure the highest productivity/ efficiency.

 Ensure the deployment of different visibility packages P.O.P.
 </li>

 Provide the Sales management with the sufficient reports covering peoples' performance /behavior/ market conditions/ competition/ others.

 Lead, coach, and direct the Sales force to achieve the present sales objectives and targets and ensure the highest distribution of NPD's.

 Ensure collecting the customers' credit on its due, and control the Salesmen shortage

 Tracking the sales team performance in the market through visits 3 times/weekly for each sales rep.

 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 
 Froneri is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Utilities Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The Utilities Engineer will be responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of various utility systems within our facilities (especially Refrigeration). This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, energy efficiency principles, and relevant industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of contributing to the efficient and sustainable operation of our utilities infrastructure.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Planning and Design:
 
 Assist in the planning and design of new utility systems and modifications to existing systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, water and wastewater management, fire protection, compressed air, and other building services.

 System Analysis and Optimization:
 
 Conduct thorough analyses of existing utility systems to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Implement optimization strategies and

 Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for utility systems. Troubleshoot operational issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.

 Support the development and implementation of energy management strategies to reduce energy consumption and improve sustainability. Monitor energy usage and identify opportunities for savings.

 Qualifications:

 Responsible for misuse &amp; accident reports and analysis in all DCs.

 Responsible for new spare parts inspection as a head of the committee.

 Responsible to review all Quires reports related to his job responsibilities.

 Responsible for scraping process frequently according to FRONERI Guideline and standards.

 Adhere to SHE &amp; Security policies and procedures in all site activities; also, to ensure that his subordinates are following the same rules.
