 About the Role
 
 : Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for our Key Accounts division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with KA customers, as well as overseeing the operations of the sales team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and OOH, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and business growth.

 : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs.

 Sales Team Operations

 Qualifications

 Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in leading and managing a sales team is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

 Willingness to travel as required.

 Ensure correct budget &amp; actual HC allocation on System.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate on quarterly DF preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control of creation &amp; renewal of 3rd party contracts related to Fleet Dep.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with P2P for PR/PO &amp; payments to supplier.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up SLA with responsible supervisors &amp; fleet services performed in all DCs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up the monthly expenses &amp; prepare weekly/monthly reports &amp; analysis (Actual Vs budget expenses) and any reports required from his manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with licenses 3rd party in all licenses process including license renewal and related license expenses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up the monthly HC report &amp; analysis (Actual Vs budget HC regular &amp; seasonal with variance justification).
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for all Maintenance KPIs and maintaining FRONERI values.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for all Work orders (PM02 &amp; PM03) process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for misuse &amp; accident reports and analysis in all DCs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for new spare parts inspection as a head of the committee.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to review all Quires reports related to his job responsibilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for scraping process frequently according to FRONERI Guideline and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to SHE &amp; Security policies and procedures in all site activities; also, to ensure that his subordinates are following the same rules.
 </li>
