Job Summary:
Under the direction of the IT Help Desk Manager, this position is responsible for providing technical support and related technical service to all Front Porch business users as well as limited resident technology support. This position provides both virtual (telephone/video/email) and in-person support and training to ensure full and effective utilization and reliable operation of technology.
Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Serves as Tier One technical support for end-users and community-specific software and hardware issues and requests. When unable to resolve them in a timely manner, escalates quickly to appropriate Tier Two entities (internal or vendors)and follows through to ensure resolution.
</li><li>Provides all aspects of end-user and community technology support, including implementation, training, day-to-day support and maintenance and ensuring proper working conditions, cyber/security and vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
</li><li>Identifies documents, investigates, troubleshoots, resolves and responds to all technical support inquiries (support tickets, emails, chats, or phone calls) regarding questions, problems, issues, or concerns with technology operation or performance in a timely manner providing regular updates to all impacted or involved.
</li><li>Images and deploys new computers and installs required hardware and software in coordination with IT and community resources.
</li><li>Creates and maintains comprehensive IT documentation and provides timely updates to help desk ticketing software.
</li><li>Ensures patches and updates are applied in compliance with IT best practices and mitigates cybersecurity vulnerabilities and other remediation efforts timely.
</li><li>Perform all other related duties as assigned.

<ul><li>High School diploma or GED
</li></ul>Nonessential:
 
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technology discipline 
</li></ul></div><div>Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:
 
Essential:
 
<ul><li>2 Years desktop support experience - Windows 10/11; PC Imaging and Deployment, and Support of Mobile and Other Wireless Devices
</li></ul>Nonessential:
 
<ul><li>1 Year support experience - Citrix, Azure, Intune Entra, One Drive, Sharepoint

Technology Specialist

Pay Range: $23.00-$24.50
Summary:
 
Under the direction of the Director of Resident Services/Charge Nurse or designee, the Caregiver is responsible for performing routine nursing assistant services to the residents of the facility. Provides resident care according to policies and procedures and within acceptable nursing standards.
<div>Detailed responsibilities:
 
<ul><li>Caregiver
</li><li>Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
</li><li>Follows all established Front Porch Protocols for safety.
</li><li>Assists the residents to and from the dining room, and assists in serving meals. Serves trays to residents in their rooms, if necessary, and assists with cutting of food.
</li><li>Assists residents with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene.
</li><li>Washes resident&rsquo;s personal laundry as needed. Makes resident&rsquo;s beds daily.
</li><li>Maintains a safe and sanitary environment.
</li><li>Maintains log with all vital information.
</li><li>Reports to Supervisor regularly regarding the resident's condition.
</li><li>Maintains all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy.
</li><li>Arrives to work on time, in proper clean uniform, good personal hygiene and with nametag visible.
</li><li>Follows highest standards of cleanliness. Follows all federal, state and corporate policies, health codes and guidelines in preparation and handling of foodstuffs.
</li><li>Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner. Wears safety equipment as required for the job. Reports any safety hazards and/or accidents to supervisor.
</li><li>Attends all mandatory in-service meetings. Complies with all department and facilities policies and procedures.
