Your Role
As a Project Support Coordinator &ndash; Tier 1, you&rsquo;ll be the backbone of our retail project operations. You&rsquo;ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Call new customers to collect data regarding countertop order</li><li>Coordinate and schedule appointments</li><li>Communicate with customers and stores to resolve project issues</li><li>Verify and upload final documentation for purchase orders</li><li>Manage daily email and voicemail communications</li><li>Support internal teams with project updates and issue resolution</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Experience in construction or scheduling systems (preferred)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li></ul>
