Role Overview:</div>
The Social Content Manager is a social-first creative strategist responsible for developing and executing breakthrough content ideas, platform-native storytelling, and creative campaigns that help brands earn attention and cultural relevance. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, content production, and social innovation, transforming insights, trends, and business objectives into content that resonates. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate brand goals into innovative, social-first ideas while overseeing the development of lo-fi style content that feels native to each platform.
The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and obsessed with beauty, culture, and content that drives conversation. They understand how social storytelling and creative execution can build brands, spark engagement, and drive performance across organic, paid, and owned channels.<div>
Role Responsibilities:</div>
Creative Strategy<ul><li>
Create thumb-stopping, culturally relevant creative that amplifies our brands and fuels community love. Overseeing the creation and curation of compelling content, ensuring it reflects the brand voice, aesthetics, and seasonal narratives.</li><li>
Create and package ideas for brand moments, product storytelling, and creative campaigns. Scaling concepts from quick-turn social executions to larger storytelling initiatives.</li><li>
Develop social-first creative concepts and campaign ideas</li><li>
Build content franchises and recurring series</li><li>
Translate brand strategy into platform-native content</li><li>
Create briefs for creators, designers, editors, and production partners</li><li>
Present concepts to clients via creative decks and virtual meetings</li></ul>
Content Execution<ul><li>
Ideate and oversee lo-fi content production, from concept to posting &mdash; ensuring authenticity and platform fit.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to concept, shoot, direct, or produce social-first content</li><li>
Deep understanding of what performs in short-form video environments</li><li>
Experience briefing creators and guiding content production</li><li>
Ensure content ladders up to channel strategy, audience targeting, and product priorities, taking a holistic 360&deg; view (organic social, paid, influencer, email, and retention. 
Trend &amp; Cultural Leadership</li><li>
Keep a constant pulse on social-first trends, particularly on TikTok, and identify timely opportunities for brand participation.</li><li>
Research beauty and social media industry trends, competitor strategies, and content innovations to inform creative direction.</li><li>
Share weekly creative insights and trend roundups with internal teams and clients.</li><li>
Cross-Team Collaboration</li><li>
Work hand-in-hand with the Content Creator team to develop holistic content plans to meet the needs of each client and outline plans for in-house and external talent to produce.</li><li>
Partner closely with the Performance Marketing, Retention and Social Media teams to develop, and execute smart, unexpected creative content and storytelling in alignment with brand identity aesthetics. Ensuring content supports strategic objectives and drives measurable business impact for our clients.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Social Media team to brainstorm campaign and always-on content strategies, tailored to the editorial calendar and emerging best-practices.</li></ul>
Performance &amp; Insights<ul><li>
Lead creative performance reporting, tracking engagement metrics and translating them into actionable insights.</li><li>
Conduct A/B testing for social content to identify what drives performance and creative resonance.</li><li>
Identify creative trends, wins, and learnings to continuously refine content approach.
</li><li>Portfolio Required:<ul><li>
Examples of social-first creative concepts and campaigns</li><li>
Short-form video work (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)</li><li>
Content strategies that translated into measurable engagement or business impact</li><li>

Requirements:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.</li><li>
Diverse portfolio of both photo and video examples across multiple verticals.</li><li>
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant Agency experience in creative and social media</li><li>
Lofi Production Skills</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills, specifically a capacity for collaboration.</li><li>
Deep knowledge of brand strategy, social strategy, development, and marketing.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex strategic challenges.</li><li>

Intro:
Front Row is looking for a Marketplace Optimization Lead to lead in elevating brand visibility and performance across Amazon in the beauty and wellness category. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of retail media, content optimization, and Al-driven innovation and will require a deep SEO expertise with strategic project management and a forward-thinking approach to Al-powered search and content workflows. 
You'll own the strategy and execution of organic optimization for Amazon, driving discoverability and conversion through best-in-class SEO tactics and data-led iteration. Simultaneously, you'll lead the integration of generative Al tools like ChatGPT into content, reporting, and operational workflows to improve efficiency, scale, and strategic insight. 
Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead organic optimization strategy for a portfolio of Amazon beauty and wellness brands, focused on driving visibility, rankings, and conversion.</li><li>
Create high-quality, SEO-friendly copy aligning with brand voice, content briefs, and SEO analytics.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to content guidelines, quality standards, and tone of voice.</li><li>
Stay updated with industry trends, compliance, and best practices in SEO and content writing.</li><li>
Own SEO best practices across PDPs, storefronts, A+ content, and brand store experiences, continually testing and refining based on performance and marketplace shifts.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, data, brand, and tech to align Amazon strategy with broader eCommerce, content, and innovation initiatives.</li><li>
Analyze competitive trends, search dynamics, and consumer behavior on Amazon to. proactively identify growth opportunities and optimization gaps.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in Amazon strategy or marketplace SEO, ideally in the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industries.</li><li>
Deep expertise in Amazon SEO (Search Term optimization, CTR/conversion levers, keyword hierarchy, and competitive intelligence).</li><li>
A strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and analytics tools (e.g., Helium10, DataDive, etc).</li><li>
Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing SEO-optimized content.</li><li>
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>
Ability to translate complex product themes into clear, concise, and engaging copy.</li><li>
A passion for emerging technology with hands-on experience using GenAl tools like ChatGPT to optimize workflows or content at scale.</li><li>
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end across internal teams and brand partners.</li><li>
