Role Overview:</p><p>
The Senior Content Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading content strategy and execution across a portfolio of 7&ndash;10 brands - overseeing both strategic and creative output across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms. This person will serve as the primary content lead for their clients &ndash; developing, implementing, and optimizing creative strategies that elevate brand storytelling and drive measurable marketplace performance.</p><p>
This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, partnering closely with Design, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Brand Strategy teams to create content that not only meets aesthetic and brand standards, but also improves discoverability, conversion, and revenue growth.</p><p>
As a senior member of the content team, this person will help refine processes, mentor junior team members through example, and contribute to building best-in-class creative frameworks and marketplace playbooks.</p><p></p><div>
Key Responsibilities</div><p>
Content Strategy &amp; Execution</p><ul><li>
Own the end-to-end content strategy and execution for 7-10 marketplace accounts across Beauty, Wellness, and CPG.</li><li>
Develop and maintain content roadmaps that align with client objectives, seasonal priorities, and platform updates.</li><li>
Lead creative strategy for Amazon PDPs, A+ content, Brand Stores, Bundles, and Ad Creatives (SBAs, SBVs, DSP).</li><li>
Translate brand strategy and performance insights into actionable creative recommendations.</li><li>
Partner with designers, SEO leads, and performance marketers to ensure creative outputs meet both brand and performance standards.</li><li>
Implement updates and optimizations informed by SEO data, keyword trends, and customer insights.</li><li>
Ensure all creative work adheres to marketplace best practices, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Mentor 1 or 2 Content Coordinators, ensuring high-quality creative output and professional growth.</li></ul><p><br>
Optimization &amp; Performance</p><ul><li>
Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement across product listings and brand stores.</li><li>
Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to measure the impact of design, messaging, and layout variations on engagement and conversion.</li><li>
Leverage tools like Intellivy, PickFu, Helium10, DataDive, etc to gather consumer insights and validate creative hypotheses.</li><li>
Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, traffic, keyword rank) to inform continuous optimization.</li><li>
Collaborate with SEO, PPC and Insights teams to test new strategies, evaluate results, and document learnings.</li><li>
Contribute to MBRs and QBRs by summarizing creative performance and identifying next-step initiatives. Excellent presentation skills are needed.
</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li>
Work closely with Performance Marketing, SEO and Brand Strategy to ensure cohesive storytelling across ads, PDPs, and brand stores.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Design team to align on project timelines, deliverables, and workflows.</li><li>
Provide creative insights that support broader marketplace strategies, new business opportunities, and client presentations.</li><li>
Share emerging trends and platform updates with peers to elevate the overall quality and innovation of the team&rsquo;s output.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
REQUIREMENTS</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
3+ years of experience in ecommerce content strategy, merchandising, or creative marketing.</li><li>
Proven success developing and optimizing Amazon content (PDPs, A+, Brand Stores, imagery, copy) &amp; proficiency with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
</li><li>Experience managing multiple brand portfolios in a fast-paced agency or aggregator environment.</li><li>
Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword strategy, and content-performance analytics.</li><li>
Excellent project management skills &ndash; able to balance multiple deadlines across clients.</li><li>
Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with clients and internal teams.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and familiarity with tools like Helium10, DataDive, &amp; similar.</li><li>

As an Associate Director of Content Strategy you will be responsible for the continued leadership, development, and performance of Front Row&rsquo;s marketplace content practice - overseeing both strategic and creative output across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms. As a leader within the Marketplace Partnership division, this person&rsquo;s main responsibility lies within content strategy and creative performance, but their impact will extend across SEO, brand strategy, and performance marketing, ensuring full-funnel alignment between creative and commerce outcomes.</p><p>

4+ years in content strategy, digital merchandising, or creative marketing for ecommerce, with strong Amazon experience.</li><li>

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution &ndash; managing a team while owning key client relationships.</li><li>
Expertise in Amazon content development (A+, Brand Stores, PDPs, etc.) and familiarity with Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop.</li><li>
