Job Title: National Partner Sales Manager - Consumer Sales

You have several years of experience in frontline sales and can pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and executive KPI reporting. You are just as comfortable in the field talking to customers as you are in reporting YoY results to an executive team. You do everything with excellence and expect the same from your team. A creative thinker who takes responsibility for meeting your numbers even when that means thinking outside the box and trying new approaches.

About the Role 


This role reports to the national consumer sales team and is responsible for improving penetration of our fiberoptic broadband service nationally. We need a proven leader to own the performance and drive results for assigned national partners in our Cross Sell channels. 


Responsibilities 

<ul><li>Design and execute tactics to improve quality sales performance from assigned mature national partner accounts</li></ul>
<ul><li>Design and execute tactics to ramp assigned emerging national partner accounts to optimal productivity</li></ul>
<ul><li>Actively identify and onboard new Cross Sell partnership opportunities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Recurring assessment of full funnel metrics/KPIs to ensure optimal performance</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage the lifecycle of assigned partner accounts</li></ul>
<ul><li>Meet/exceed sales quota to ensure optimal fiber customer penetration</li></ul>
<ul><li>Design and execute tactics that reduce churn and improve customer experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiberoptic internet</li></ul>
<ul><li>Travel as necessary to each partner account</li></ul> 


Qualifications 

<ul><li>5+ years of sales experience required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience managing partners&rsquo; sales accounts a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze and use metrics to performance manage sales teams</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and content creation/communication skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Exhibits sound business judgment, and emotional intelligence, and has a proven ability to influence others</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent work experience required</li></ul>
