Solid pay and great benefits - Earn between $70,000&ndash;$80,000 annually, with base pay starting at $17 an hour. Plus, 8% commission on additional product and service sales, extra install.</li><li>

Your Impact<ul><li>
Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections or warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and preform annual maintenance.</li><li>
Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.</li><li>
Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.</li><li>
Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.</li></ul>
Requirements:

What You Provide<ul><li>
A valid driver&rsquo;s license and a safe driving record</li><li>
Ability to fit and work in a crawl space</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl</li><li>
Strong listening and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English</li><li>
Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance</li></ul>

Requirements:

What You Provide<ul><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and safe driving record</li><li>
Experience in sales, real estate, home improvement, or construction is helpful but not required</li><li>
A knack for building relationships and strong communication skills</li><li>
The ability to work independently, think strategically, and hit performance goals</li><li>
Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability</li><li>
Ability to fit and work in a crawl space: approximately 18 x 18 clearance</li><li>
Computer proficiency (training provided)</li></ul>
