We are looking to fill a position for an experienced and energetic Intermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to support our year-round operations. The position is responsible for managing and assisting the daily operations of our drivers and company owned trucks. The person must be familiar with all terminal&rsquo;s operations and scheduling appointments.Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Complete oversight of our drivers and daily terminal operations/schedule driver routes- Knowledge of DOT regulations and the ability to operate in compliance with these regulations as well as within company guidelines- Coordinating rates and pricing agreements with customers and vendors- Managing operation of steady routes; dispatching and scheduling pick-ups and deliveries- Other duties as requiredQualifications/ Requirements:- Minimum of 2-4 years of transportation and operations management experience in the trucking industry- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills- Ability to multi-task various functions simultaneously- Maintain positive attitude- Have strong attention to detail- Strong computer skills &ndash; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, OutlookBenefits:-Competitive pay-Paid Time Off &ndash; vacation-Weekends off, Flexible schedule- Daytime work hours 8am-5pm- Bonuses-Pay: Bi-weeklyJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Logistics: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Cincinnati, OH 45246 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Cincinnati, OH 45246: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
