<div>Frontier School of Innovation-Elementary is looking for an ELL teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Starting salary is $61,750; commensurate with experience and education. 
Qualification:
<ul>
<li>Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.</li>
<li>Possess a valid Missouri teacher certificate in the subject area (English) and ESOL certification.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Plan a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students.</li>
<li>Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.</li>
<li>Prepare for classes assigned and show written evidence of preparation upon request of immediate supervisor.</li>
<li>Utilize various instructional techniques and instructional media consistent with the physical limitations of the location provided and the needs and capabilities of the individuals or student groups involved.</li>
<li>Assess the students' progress regularly and provide progress reports as required.</li>
<li>Take necessary and reasonable precautions to protect the students, equipment, materials, and facilities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and complete records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulations.</li>
<li>Comply with all district policies, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Develop classroom rules and maintain order in a fair and just manner.</li>
<li>Be available to the students and parents for education-related purposes.</li>
<li>Plan and supervise purposeful assignments for teacher aide(s) and volunteer(s) and cooperatively with department heads.</li>
<li>Participate in district and campus staff development.</li>
<li>Attend staff meetings and serve on staff committees.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit lesson plans in a timely manner in the platform the school utilizes.</li>
<li>Maintain a minimum number of grades in the grade book promptly.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
