Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (F&amp;A) to join our Shared Services team. This role will be responsible for overseeing AR/AP operations, including posting, reconciliation, and reporting, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial processes. As a senior team member, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the overall success of our global finance operations. 


Compensation range for this role is 8-9.5 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidate&rsquo;s experience, skills, and qualifications

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Manage Accounts Receivable postings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in ERP systems.</li>
<li>Oversee Accounts Payable activities, including vendor reconciliations and payment processing.</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze vendor reports, highlight discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.</li>
<li>Perform reconciliations across AR/AP accounts, ensuring financial accuracy.</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing accurate reporting and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain strong vendor/client relationships.</li>
<li>Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in AR/AP functions.</li>
<li>Mentor and support junior team members within the Shared Services team.</li></ul> 


What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in commerce (B. Com) or MBA in Finance; CMA qualification is an advantage.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable within a Shared Services or global finance environment.</li>
<li>Expertise in AR posting, vendor reports, and reconciliations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of end-to-end P2P and O2C cycles.</li>
<li>Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency.</li>
<li>Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with NetSuite (NS) as the primary ERP system.</li>
<li>Exposure to MS Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO).</li>
<li>Prior experience in leading or mentoring a small finance operations team.</li>
<li>Experience working with professional services or global shared service organizations will be an added advantage.</li></ul>

Position Overview

We are seeking a Team Lead F&amp;A to oversee our Shared Services Finance team. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end activities, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, and leading finance operations with a strong focus on compliance, efficiency, and process improvement. As a senior leader, you will manage a team of analysts, oversee the month-close process, and play a key role in ERP implementation and optimization (NetSuite).

Compensation range for this role is 18-19.5 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidate&rsquo;s experience, skills, and qualifications

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the finance team across multiple F&amp;A functions within Shared Services.</li>
<li>Oversee month-close activities, including scheduling, review of reports, and accuracy of financial statements.</li>
<li>Review and approve journal entries (routine and non-routine, including tax adjustments).</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with controllership requirements and accounting standards.</li>
<li>Drive NetSuite implementation projects with hands-on involvement in system setup, workflows, and reporting.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit readiness and compliance.</li>
<li>Provide financial leadership by analyzing results, preparing variance reports, and supporting strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Mentor and coach team members to build capability, engagement, and growth within the team.</li></ul> 


What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in commerce (B. Com); CA Inter or CPA (in progress) preferred.</li>
<li>15+ years of experience in Finance &amp; Accounting, with strong exposure to controllership, month-close, and ERP systems.</li>
<li>Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams in a Shared Services or corporate environment.</li>
<li>Expertise in journal entry review, reconciliations, non-routine entries, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise with NetSuite implementation (mandatory).</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>

Position Overview

We are seeking an Analyst Treasury (F&amp;A) to join our Shared Services team. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day treasury operations, including banking transactions, cash flow monitoring, and reconciliations. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial operations while supporting the overall Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and treasury functions within our global shared services environment. 


Compensation range for this role is 6-6.6 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidate&rsquo;s experience, skills, and qualifications

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Handle daily banking operations, including payment processing, fund transfers, and cash management.</li>
<li>Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure accuracy of financial records.</li>
<li>Manage vendor and employee payments, ensuring compliance with policies and timelines.</li>
<li>Support cash flow forecasting and monitoring to ensure optimal liquidity management.</li>
<li>Process and review invoices as part of P2P cycle when required.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment or reconciliation issues.</li>
<li>Contribute to process automation and improvement initiatives within Treasury and Shared Services.</li></ul> 


What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in commerce (B.Com) or MBA in Finance; CMA qualification is an advantage.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in Treasury, Bank Processing, Accounts Payable, or Procure-to-Pay within a Shared Services environment.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of cash management, reconciliations, and P2P cycles.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in vendor and payment processing.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience with NetSuite (NS) as the primary ERP system.</li>
<li>Exposure to financial tools such as MS Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset.</li>
