 Key Responsibilities

 Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently and accurately

 Coordinate with healthcare staff and interdisciplinary teams

 <li>
 Maintain and update scheduling records in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and referral sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to scheduling changes and urgent needs professionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Support overall care coordination and service delivery

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent (required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Nursing background (LVN/LPN) preferred but not mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ year experience in scheduling, healthcare coordination, or similar role preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Good problem-solving and multitasking ability
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
