The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Froot Coffee, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the food service industry, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and inventory management.</li><li>Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of staff morale and performance.</li><li>Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.</li><li>Financial Management: Monitor the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs to maximize profitability.</li><li>Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.</li><li>Inventory and Supply Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and available.</li><li>Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the menu, ensuring it remains innovative and aligned with customer preferences.</li><li>Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.</li><li>Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency in every dish served.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the restaurant&rsquo;s performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.</li><li>Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems) is a plus.</li><li>Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;24,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
