The Head of Brand Operations &amp; Compliance will be responsible for end-to-end execution of multiple brand launches under the company. This role manages brand registration, legal compliance, accounting coordination, operational readiness, and cross-department execution from concept to live operations across 20+ brands.Key Responsibilities Brand Setup &amp; Registration<ul><li>Manage brand ideation to legal registration process</li><li>Handle:</li><li>Trademark filing &amp; follow-ups</li><li>GST registration (brand-wise if required)</li><li>Bank account setup</li><li>FSSAI / BIS / CDSCO / Cosmetic licenses (as applicable)</li><li>Coordinate with CAs, CS, legal consultants</li></ul>Accounts &amp; Compliance Oversight<ul><li>Coordinate accounting setup for each brand</li><li>Ensure:</li><li>GST compliance</li><li>TDS filings</li><li>Monthly &amp; annual filings</li><li>Brand-wise P&amp;L tracking</li><li>Act as single point of contact between brands and finance team</li></ul>Brand Operations Management<ul><li>Create standard SOPs for:</li><li>New brand launch</li><li>Vendor onboarding</li><li>SKU creation</li><li>Pricing &amp; costing models</li><li>Ensure brands are operationally ready for:</li><li>Amazon / Flipkart</li><li>D2C website</li><li>Offline distribution (if applicable)</li></ul>Cross-Category Brand Handling<ul><li>Handle multiple sectors:</li><li>Clothing / textiles</li><li>Food &amp; beverages</li><li>Electronics / accessories</li><li>Cosmetics &amp; personal care</li><li>Hair oils &amp; FMCG products</li><li>Understand category-specific compliance and timelines</li></ul>Monitoring &amp; Control<ul><li>Track brand-wise:</li><li>Launch timelines</li><li>Registration status</li><li>Compliance health</li><li>Revenue readiness</li><li>Maintain master dashboard for all brands</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications Education<ul><li>MBA (Operations / Finance / Strategy) OR</li><li>CA Inter / CMA / CS (preferred but not mandatory)</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>Indian business registrations</li><li>GST &amp; basic accounting</li><li>Brand launch workflows</li><li>High organizational and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously</li><li>Vendor &amp; consultant coordination ability</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>5&ndash;10 years in:</li><li>Brand operations</li><li>Business operations</li><li>Corporate compliance</li><li>D2C / FMCG / startup ecosystem</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
