As a Scrum Master II, you are a dedicated servant-leader who is focused on fostering high-performing, self-organizing teams. You serve as a coach and facilitator, helping your teams navigate the complexities of software delivery by promoting transparency, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple development teams, supporting growth in agile maturity, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>
Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies to drive focus, effective time-boxing, and meaningful outcomes</li><li>
Identify, address, and escalate team-level blockers, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and impediments</li><li>
Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, enabling constructive conflict resolution and ownership of commitments</li><li>
Support technical excellence by encouraging quality-focused, sustainable delivery practices</li><li>
Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a transparent, prioritized, and healthy backlog aligned to customer needs and business objectives</li><li>
Leverage team-level metrics to visualize progress, highlight trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement</li><li>
Educate and support stakeholders in agile principles to improve communication, alignment, and expectations</li><li>

What you&rsquo;ll need:<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in a software development environment, with 3+ years dedicated to the Scrum Master role</li><li>
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to apply agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) to maximize team effectiveness</li><li>
Proven facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and workshops that result in alignment and clear, actionable outcomes</li><li>
Experience using agile management tools to manage backlogs, track progress, and produce meaningful team insights</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and effectively navigate team conflicts</li><li>
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced iterative environment</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication</li></ul>
Additional Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Foundational knowledge of technical practices, such as CI/CD pipelines or automated testing, to support SDLC maturity</li><li>
Maintain an active certification, such as CSM or PSM I</li><li>
Possess advanced agile certifications, such as PSM II or A-CSM</li><li>
Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence</li></ul>

As a Personal Banker I, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to bank with us. Our personal bankers believe in trust, integrity, and building relationships with our customers, who span generations. What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Responsible for providing coverage in both personal banking and teller services while meeting consumer banking performance standards</li><li>
Educate and advise customers on deposits, loans and provide support for any service or account maintenance issues</li><li>
You stand firm in integrity and want to do what is right for each customer. You are able to use good judgement in every situation, in the moment</li><li>
Provide teller services, including deposits, payments, and check cashing in compliance with established bank policies and procedures</li><li>
Maintain proper cash on hand and prepare daily settlement of teller cash and proof transactions</li><li>
Manage risk while actively practicing loss prevention</li><li>
Attend both teller and personal banking training to stay current with information and remain familiar with applicable policies, laws, regulations, and Bank Secrecy Act policies</li><li>
Develop relationships with clients. Desire to be their point of contact &ndash; they know your name and you know theirs</li><li>
Provide advice and guidance and help people along their financial journey</li><li>

As a Capital Markets Financial Analyst with Frost, you are our finance guru, always searching for new data to analyze. In this role, you will prepare reports and reconcile general ledger accounts. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and make recommendations in collaboration of other lines of business. What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, both internal and external, for the bank's portfolio of securities to include reporting for ALCO, Cash Flows, and Call Reports</li><li>
Reconcile general ledger accounts</li><li>
Manage deposit and securities accounts at FHLB, including monitoring activity for CRA group</li><li>
Process margin calls for mortgage-backed securities trades</li><li>
Review and ensure accuracy in the booking of transactions and in investment portfolio reports, resolving discrepancies as needed</li><li>
Provide research and documentation for external Auditing and Regulatory agencies</li><li>
Validate the content and accuracy of critical management reports generated by Bond Accounting system for the investment portfolio and provide to auditors on an annual basis</li><li>
Review Bond Accounting system periodic updates for impact on portfolio accounting or reporting and continually assess processes for more efficient methods of portfolio monitoring</li><li>

What you&rsquo;ll need:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>
2+ years financial reporting experience</li><li>
Experience with fixed income securities</li><li>

Reconciliation and research skills</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications, specifically Excel</li></ul>
