INSTALL COORDINATOR (HVAC/PLUMBING)WHO WE AREWarm Welcome Heating, Cooling &amp; Plumbing is a fast-growing Denver-based plumbing &amp; air conditioning company.WHO WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FORWe&rsquo;re hiring an Install Coordinator with deep ServiceTitan expertise who can transform a good install department into a great one.You&rsquo;ll own our entire installation department&mdash;scheduling, purchasing, warehouse management, and building a true inventory system within ServiceTitan.WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO<ul><li>Serve as the central command for install operations&mdash;every job scoped, scheduled, and staged with precision.</li><li>Build and implement a ServiceTitan-based inventory process that gives us full visibility on materials, job costing, and usage.</li><li>Audit and improve how materials move&mdash;from vendor purchase to job completion.</li><li>Coordinate daily installs with techs, dispatch, and customers.</li><li>Stage and verify all materials the day before each job.</li><li>Issue purchase orders, negotiate with vendors, and track spend per job.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized warehouse with documented systems and access controls.</li><li>Pull permits, register warranties, and process rebates.</li><li>Audit completed jobs to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and increase gross margin.</li></ul>WHAT YOU BRING<ul><li>Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical installation operations.</li><li>Expert-level understanding of ServiceTitan (inventory, purchasing, workflows, and reporting).</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to think in systems, not tasks.</li><li>Clear, professional communication with both field teams and customers.</li><li>Pride in running a tight ship&mdash;organized trucks, clean data, zero waste.</li></ul>HOW WE WORKWe live by three rules:<ul><li>Always do what's right.</li><li>Own your results with no excuses.</li><li>Be light and have fun.</li></ul>READY TO BUILD SOMETHING REAL?If you want to turn disorganization into systems and chaos into clarity, this is your shot.
