You will be responsible for developing, testing, and scaling content across ads, landing pages, and product detail pages with one clear objective: Increase conversion efficiency and revenue per visitor.This is not a brand-only role. Performance matters.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Content Strategy<ul><li>Own the end-to-end content performance lifecycle</li><li>Develop and test hooks, angles, messaging, and formats</li><li>Build repeatable systems for creative testing and iteration</li><li>Analyze performance data and translate insights into action</li></ul>Paid Media &amp; UGC Content<ul><li>Create and manage UGC and performance-driven ad creatives</li><li>Partner closely with paid media buyers and agencies</li><li>Identify winning creatives and scale them across channels</li><li>Monitor creative fatigue and maintain creative velocity</li></ul>Website &amp; Conversion Optimization<ul><li>Optimize PDPs, landing pages, and on-site content</li><li>Test headlines, product positioning, offers, and visuals</li><li>Improve conversion rate and revenue per session</li></ul>Creator &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Source, brief, and manage creators and UGC partners</li><li>Maintain a content pipeline aligned to performance needs</li><li>Ensure deliverables meet both creative and performance standards</li></ul>What Success Looks Like (KPIs)<ul><li>Improved CTR and CVR</li><li>Lower cost per acquisition</li><li>Higher ROAS / MER from existing traffic</li><li>Faster creative testing velocity</li><li>Extended creative lifespan</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years in performance marketing, content strategy, or UGC management</li><li>Proven experience driving measurable revenue impact with content</li><li>Strong understanding of paid social creative (Meta, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Data-driven mindset with creative intuition</li><li>Experience working with Shopify brands preferred</li><li>Comfortable collaborating with agencies and internal teams</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>CRO experience (A/B testing, PDP optimization)</li><li>Experience in physical products / DTC e-commerce</li><li>Video editing or creative direction background</li><li>Familiarity with attribution tools and ad reporting platforms</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary Range: $60,000 &ndash; $85,000(DOE)</li><li>Performance-based bonuses tied to efficiency and revenue metrics</li><li>Health benefits</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a senior performance or marketing leadership role</li></ul>Why This Role MattersThis role directly impacts:<ul><li>How efficiently we scale paid media</li><li>How fast we iterate on creative</li><li>How effectively our website converts traffic</li></ul>If you want to see your work directly tied to revenue &mdash; this role is for you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you understand this is not a hybrid or at-home role and you will be reporting to our Nampa, ID facility daily? </li><li>Why would you be a great fit for this position? </li><li>Can you provide a link to your portfolio or examples of previous work? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
