About The Role
Our Corporate Positioning and Insights practice seeks a talented, versatile Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join the team in our New York, Chicago or Washington, D.C. office. We're looking for a strong conceptual thinker with a proven foundation in visual design across multiple platforms &mdash; someone who can translate strategic messaging and complex content into clear, visually cohesive deliverables. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate, policy, financial, and ESG engagements, partnering with strategists and client teams to create compelling visual solutions that help organizations communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. What You'll Do
<ul><li>Design compelling and visually engaging assets across multiple formats &mdash; including social and paid media graphics, presentations, reports, fact sheets, new business proposals, brand identity elements, and website layouts
</li><li>Develop mood boards, visual direction explorations, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and branded templates
</li><li>Translate strategic messaging and complex content into clear, visually cohesive deliverables
</li><li>Lead creative ideation during internal brainstorms and contribute to client-facing concept development sessions
</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams &mdash; strategists, writers, digital specialists, and senior creative leads &mdash; and provide guidance to junior designers as needed
</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality
</li><li>Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and efficiently in fast-moving review cycles
</li><li>Stay current on evolving design trends, AI-enabled creative tools, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
<ul><li>3-5 years of professional design experience, ideally within a communications agency, digital agency, consulting firm, or in-house creative team
</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating strong design expertise, conceptual thinking, and versatility across print and digital mediums
</li><li>Strong command of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout hierarchy, and visual storytelling
</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
</li><li>Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
</li><li>Understanding of social media platform specifications and digital performance considerations
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
</li><li>Self-starter attitude with ability to operate independently
</li></ul><ul><li>Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable presenting and defending creative decisions to clients and internal teams
</li><li>Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, with an interest in mentoring junior team members
</li><li>Experience designing presentation materials such as PowerPoint or Google Slides highly desirable
</li><li>Working knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, or basic animation a plus
</li><li>Knowledge of accessibility/ADA design standards and printing pre-production processes a plus

Compensation
 
Minimum Pay: $76,000
 
Maximum Pay: $106,500 
 
Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual&rsquo;s location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.</div>

We are looking for a talented and ambitious data and digital communications practitioner to join our award-winning team in London. Our highly successful and fast-growing Digital &amp; Insights practice helps fuel growth and innovation within FTI&rsquo;s global strategic communications division, and we are proud to work with some of the largest, best known and most innovative companies across the world. Our client list of FTSE 100 and large corporate brands gives us unrivalled opportunity to design, plan and implement world class corporate and online reputation management strategies.
As a Senior Consultant you will be part of both the firm&rsquo;s multi-practice team and the global Digital &amp; Insights group, supporting our growing data and analytics team across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and APAC (Asia and Pacific) regions. The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of projects that help our clients and colleagues make sense of the world and to chart an effective path forward. They will also work in unison with other subject matter experts to create holistic solutions for clients.
The role requires a significant level of technical knowledge relating to, for example, communications and reputational data, natural language processing, data engineering in consulting environments, or AI and the application of analytics in relation to solving reputational challenges.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Support projects in the areas of audience &amp; influencer insights, conversation &amp; media analysis, campaign &amp; message performance, event assessment and more
</li><li>Lead on implementing solutions on small scale insights projects and be a critical member of bigger team
</li><li>Use existing platforms and tools to collect and analyse data, deploying the latest in AI technology, strategy and practice
</li><li>Employ a variety of qualitative, statistical and machine learning-oriented approaches to investigate and interpret data
</li><li>Work with other data scientists to build and support custom solutions, applications and processing pipelines
</li><li>Interrogate multiple data source and extract insights by combining information from each
</li><li>Detect hidden patterns, identify trends, reveal drivers, predict developments, visualise similarities and differences, and otherwise leverage data to deliver actionable communications insights
</li><li>Create visually compelling reporting and presentations
</li><li>Act as an advocate of analytics inside the firm to evangelise the further adoption of data-driven solutions
</li><li>Help the team innovate by introducing novel tools and techniques to drive client value and internal productivity
</li><li>Collaborate with other experts on the research, planning and development of data-driven projects
