Job Title: Last Mile Operations Executive Location: Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh Department: Logistics &amp; Operations Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Last Mile Operations Executive to manage dispatch and delivery operations in Bahraich. The candidate should have strong coordination skills, operational accuracy, and hands-on experience in last mile logistics.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and oversee daily dispatch and last mile delivery operations.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per defined SLAs.</li><li>Prepare and manage E-way bills, dispatch documents, and shipment records.</li><li>Maintain and update Excel reports for dispatch, delivery, and performance tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with delivery partners, transporters, and internal teams for smooth execution.</li><li>Monitor and resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and non-delivery issues.</li><li>Ensure inventory accuracy and system reconciliation during dispatch.</li><li>Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety, and documentation standards.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Last Mile / Dispatch / Delivery Operations (Logistics, E-commerce, or FMCG preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting).</li><li>Strong understanding of E-way bills, logistics documentation, and dispatch planning.</li><li>Excellent coordination, accuracy, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive operations.</li><li>Local geographical knowledge of Bahraich and nearby areas is an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Exposure to a fast-paced logistics environment</li><li>Career growth and skill development opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
