Responsibilities:- Operate cash register and handle sales while providing excellent customer service- Restock merchandise and ensure any delivered goods are stocked promptly- Maintain and keep entire store clean including: bathrooms, beverage station, floors, register area, parking lot, and outside trash- Keep reports of transactions and close register after each shift- Check in deliveries and ensure all ordered items are being received, pay delivery drivers by check- Restock cooler and refill coffee as needed- Make pizza and sandwiches for the deli area (food handler's permit required)- Age over 21 to be able to sell Tobacco products / AlcoholSkills:- Excellent customer service- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions- Experience in retail environment- Must be able to lift 30-40 Lbs and stand for duration of shift/long periods- Knowledge of stock procedures to manage inventory effectively- Fluency in English for customer interactionsShifts available: - Morning (5am - 2pm)- Evening (2pm - 10pm/11pm)Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
