Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-commerce Specialist who has experience in selling on Faire, Shoptify, eBay, Etsy, Amazon and Walmart to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, with a focus on driving traffic, optimizing conversions, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience. This role requires proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as a creative approach to content creation and social media management.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools to conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.</li><li>Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including SEM and Google AdWords, to drive targeted traffic to the website.</li><li>Create compelling content for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts to enhance brand visibility.</li><li>Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Oversee social media marketing efforts across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to engage with customers and promote products.</li><li>Maintain the e-commerce website using WordPress, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.</li><li>Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase sales conversion rates.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO practices, keyword research, and content management systems (CMS).</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and other web development languages is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Experience with social media management and B2B marketing initiatives.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from analytics reports.
