Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with the CFO and manage all financial reporting for the company. The role will need to work with subsidiaries in China, India and UK, Netherlands. The individual will also manage all business intelligence reporting and work with other departments to setup automatic reports and KPI&rsquo;s.&middot; Prepares and reviews GAAP financial statements for Board reporting and lender compliance&middot; Consolidates and analyzes subsidiary financial statements, including variances from budget, prior year periods, and trends&middot; Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses&middot; Manage and report KPIs through visualizations to executives and cross-functional teams&middot; Assist with the annual planning process, forecasting and strategic planning &ndash; with a focus on operating expenses and headcount related reporting and metrics&middot; Become a subject matter expert and report designer in workday adaptive insights and DOMO&middot; Special projects as assigned by managerRequirements &middot; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance&middot; Minimum 5 years in a Finance Analyst role&middot; Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls&middot; Familiar with SQL to query tables and manipulate data&middot; Solid analytical and research skills with attention to detail&middot; Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines&middot; Collaborative problem-solving skills, including recommendation and implementation of improvements&middot; Strong understanding of fundamental accounting controls and financial reporting procedures with the ability to apply these skills&middot; Proven leadership ability&middot; Work schedule is currently hybrid-remote; required work in-office (Hawthorne, CA) Mondays &amp; Tuesdays per weekJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Physical Setting:<ul><li>Office</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your target base salary range for your next role?</li><li>Are you able to work the required Hybrid-Remote schedule (Mon &amp; Tues in-office, Weds-Fri remote)?</li><li>Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.)?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>GAAP: 3 years (Required)</li><li>SQL: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hawthorne, CA 90250
