 Key Responsibilities and Duties
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handling client requests for the provision of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), engineering, project support, site, and office-based personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sourcing candidates to match client requirements and, where applicable, preparing candidates for interviews by providing project/commodity-related information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaising with clients on the proposal, interview, selection, and placement of candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Issuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations, responsibilities, and deliverables for the duration of the assignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaising with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to:
 </li>
 <li>
 Fulkrum contractual terms and conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Allocation of task-related documents (ITP, drawings, specifications, client-issued templates, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Receiving, screening, and submitting site reports to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling client complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 End of assignment feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advising candidates where reports/performance/timekeeping, etc., are not adhered to.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing candidate performance updates upon request to the Coordination Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing Fulkrum/candidate relations by means of 'care calls' during candidate assignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Being commercially aware when negotiating placements with candidates and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying and driving new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that all client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) are adhered to, and Fulkrum KPI's are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure inspection reports and certificates are retrievable and stored securely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in internal audits and management review inputs related to inspection outcomes and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Alert management to any conflict-of-interest situations or undue pressures that may compromise impartiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and Fulkrum's documented inspection procedures, processes and policies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills and Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of both onshore and offshore Oil and Gas industry projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full working knowledge of MS Office programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to react positively and efficiently in high-pressure situations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes.

 HSE Awareness:
 
 
 
 All personnel are informed of Fulkrum's Health and Safety policy and procedures during the onboarding process. Any HSE incidents must be reported and logged with the QHSE Manager, who will oversee and support any subsequent investigations. Role Overview:

The role will be to directly support the coordination team in your regional office with all administration and coordination matters. The role will be varied and fast-paced. 
Key Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li>Support the Coordination team with all administrative and coordination tasks.</li>
<li>Handle internal and external office enquiries efficiently.</li>
<li>Regularly update our database with client and inspector data and reports</li>
<li>Research on behalf of managers as needed.</li>
<li>You will be expected to ensure that the database is up to date, and to input client/inspector data and reports into the system regularly.</li>
<li>Source candidates in line with client requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage client timesheets for the QCC.</li>
<li>Review and approve inspectors&rsquo; invoices promptly.</li>
<li>Provide backup coordination support during urgent or emergency situations when assistance is required by the lead QC coordinator. 
</li>
<li>Contact Technical Personnel for up-to-date certificates and CVs.</li>
<li>Formatting inspector CVs to maintain professional standards.</li>
<li>Book meetings for managers and colleagues, ensuring smooth scheduling.</li>
<li>Manage incoming calls and draft correspondence.</li>
<li>Taking minutes during meetings and handling various day-to-day administrative tasks</li>
<li>Plan and arrange social events and team-building activities with local managers</li>
<li>Support the Accounts team with AP/AR enquiries</li></ul>
