About Us Full cart group is a growing retail and food &amp; beverages brand in the UAE. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, high-quality products, and efficient operations. we are looking for a shop managers to lead our team and ensure smooth day to day operations.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>oversee daily shop operations, including openings, closing, cleanliness and safety and compliance with company standards.</li><li>Lead, give training and motivate shop staff to achieve sales target and customer satisfaction goals.</li><li>Monitor stock level , place orders, conduct inventory checks, minimize and wastage / loss.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints efficiently.</li><li>Prepare day to Day operational report and manage day to day activity.</li><li>Maintain compliance with UAE retail regulation health and safety standards.</li></ul>Qualification and skills <ul><li>High school diploma required; bachelors in business/ retail management preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years' experience in retail or shop management(F&amp;B/ consumer good experience is an advantage.)</li><li>strong knowledge of POS systems, MS office and inventory tools.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast - paced environment.</li><li>English fluency required.</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>salary will be discussed during the interview</li><li>10hrs -11hrs per day</li><li>4 days off per monthly</li><li>Food and accommodation provided by the company.</li><li>visa provided</li><li>performance based salary increment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
