<li>Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and ensure accurate patient information</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records in EMR systems</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and patient support</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams</li></ul> 


✅ What We&rsquo;re Looking For

<li>High school diploma or equivalent (required)</li>
<li>Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus</li>
