Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills.Duties: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner - Manage the company's main email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Act as a personal assistant to executives by transcribing meeting minutes and managing travel arrangements - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessaryExperience:-Must be familiar with No-Fault patients - Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role - Experience working in a medical office is a plus - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent typing skills with high accuracy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office setting.
